BTB : Back To Base [Return to HQ for normal duties]

1. Be respectful to everyone regardless of belief, race, religion or rank.
2. Do not use vulgarities or any harsh profanities.
3. Do not use color chat unless iC and above.
4. Do not self promote/abuse authority/ double job. It may lead to a strike.
5. Do not beg or hint for pay badge or promotions.
6. Do not sell ranks unless permitted from Foundation.
7. Do not troll or rebel against RIA
8. Only HRs and above are allowed to use the commands, “ATT, AE”.
9. If there’s a troll, ignore and report it to a Human Resource and above [HR+].

A few things you need to remember in RIA:
After you receive a promotion, please do let others to sit.
When someone is in a “ATT” position, please do not steal their seats.
You may get a demotion, strike or will be fired if you do so.
High Ranks [HR] will keep an eye on Lower Ranks [LR] to help you get a seat.
To sum up everything, I’ll give you a tour around our base.

(For the trainer: Before starting the tour, ask them for their promoter/trainer’s name so they can get used to saying them before coming in to HQ. You should the entire tour even though the recruit may work here before, it’s a MUST. Please refrain from skipping around in the script. Once the tour is completed, bring the trainee to one of the vacant seats for them to start working.)

This is the Hallway, do not AFK at the hallway. If you do so, you will be kicked.
The command “CTH” will be often apply here.
(Bring the Trainee to Help desk)
This is the help desk where you can seek assistance from.
Questions or concerns related to work only.
(Bring the Trainee to FTF)
This is the FTF station, you can be promoted by working for a set amount of time.
With your hard work, you will gain access to more stations around base.
Be sure to greet newcomers with a friendly welcome messages and avoid AFKing at the FTF.
If you do so, you will get kick out of the room.
Tell the newcomer to change their motto to <RIA> Recruit.
If they are using Phone, have them change their motto to [RIA] Recruit instead.
Make sure to tell them to join and wear the RIA main badge.
Once you have ensured they have the correct Badge, Uniform & Motto [B.U.M],
you may let them in by using the switch.
(Bring the Trainee to FTB)
This area is for when you need to go AFK/BRB, referred as the command FTB.
If you are told to FTB by a Human Resource and above[HR+], make your way to this area.
