Welcome to the High Rank programme.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you from coming this far.   
In this session, you will be briefed about your increased responsibility as a High Rank
Please do not go AFK during the training, otherwise you will need to (be) retrained.
I will be touching on Promotion and Discipline.
There will be a test at the end of the session.

As a HR, you are given the rights to be able to promote, demote and train.
The higher your rank is, the greater your responsibility is.
To earn your promotion, you have to work hard.
By completing your duties, the chance of you getting promoted will be higher
First, let us go through the contents of the promotion policy.

1. Only give out promotions with reasons e.g. work in base, well handled tasks etc.
2. HR+ can promote anyone up to the 5th rank below them.
3. You cannot promote anyone in/to the same DIVISION as you.
4. Before promoting You MUST check their online time,last promotion and before you command them to ATT.
5. Log ALL promotions on habboia.boards.net under Promotion Logs
6. Do NOT promote based on favouritism, if caught, you will be disciplined.
7. When promoting someone to a new division, make sure to add <AB> at the end of their motto:
<RIA> Rank <tag> < tag> <AB>
8. Make sure to contact a Badge Admin to help get badges accepted if required.
9. Once they have their badge Please ask them to remove the <AB>.
10. When promoting someone with the <AB> motto, make sure to check logs carefully and check if there is a BA online to accept the division badge.
11. You are allowed to promote him/her as long as he/she has fulfilled all promotion criteria, and has no issues with his/her logs.
12. As the new promoter, you must then ensure that a Badge Admin accepts his/her badges.

Alright! Next, we will briefly go through the contents of the disciplinary policy:
1. HR can give demotions and fires provided that the approval is given by an IC member.
2. Warnings must be given before any other further disciplinary actions are carried out.
3. For any disciplinary cases, there MUST be evidence in the form of screenshots OR witnesses.
4. Log ALL disciplinary actions on habboia.boards.net under Disciplinary/Fire logs.
5. If the action is not logged, it will not be valid.

Ans: 5iC and Above

4. Name 1 disciplinary action that MUST happen before a Demotion or Fire can occur.
Ans: Warnings must be given

5. What is one division that requires special training before promotion can be given?
Ans: Recruit/Security/Trainer
